At Dunckley’s Sweets, we aim to get your order to you as fresh and fast as possible. All our sweets are handmade with care and packaged securely to ensure they arrive in great condition.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.
Please note: Some handmade or special-order items may require extra time to prepare. If your order will take longer than expected, we’ll contact you directly to keep you informed.

Shipping Options

We currently ship across South Africa using trusted courier services. At checkout, you’ll be able to select your preferred shipping method. We offer:

• PUDO Locker to Door (where available)

Tracking details will be sent via email once your order is on its way.

Shipping Conditions

• Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We cannot be held responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect details.

• During hot weather, we advise selecting faster delivery options for chocolate products.

• We are not liable for melted items, especially during warmer months, as we cannot control handling or exposure during delivery.

We ship nationwide. If your area is considered remote or out-of-delivery range, we’ll contact you with alternative options.
