Return Policy

At Dunckley’s Sweets, we take great pride in the quality and care of our handmade products. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package so we can assist you.

Please Note:

Due to the delicate nature of chocolate products, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for melted items, as we cannot guarantee how parcels are handled during transit or weather conditions during delivery. We recommend selecting a courier option with tracking and ensuring someone is available to receive the package promptly.

All other returns or issues will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
